Will my pet get examined by a veterinarian or a technician ?

your pet will always be seen in person by the veterinarian at the comfort of your pet's home as to reduce any unnecessary stress of transportation .

What are the prices for services provided?

 Our service charges are competitive and one of the most affordable mobile services in Ottawa.  Please text or email us to get a quote for the services needed for your pets, We offer reduced prices for multi pets seen at the same appointment.

Do you perform all services provided by a regular veterinary clinic? 

Due to the nature of mobile service we are unable to perform certain medical procedures and diagnostics at home.  In some cases, we may ask for your assistant in holding your pet.  If your pet requires diagnostics (such as lab work, x-rays, surgery, hospitalization, emergency care) we will let you know and make recommendations.  Please refer to our services page for a list of the services that we offer. 

What geographical areas do you serve?

As a mobile practice, we serve most of Ottawa.

Is your mobile practice accredited ?

Our mobile practice is fully accredited in Ontario.

Can I book same day appointments?

We will do our best to accommodate your pets needs, including same day appointments depending on our schedule.  It's preferred that you book in advance to guarantee service at a time that suits you best.  

My pet is having an emergency can you come now?

If your pet is stable please call us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.  If your pet is in crisis and needs to been seen immediately we recommend to call one of the following 24 hour Emergency Veterinary Hospitals:

Do you offer end of life humane euthanasia? my pet passed away can you help me with cremation  ?

We offer at home humane euthanasia for end of life and the terminally ill pets, cremation options available and will help with transportation to crematorium . 

Can I return purchased preventatives and medications?

We do not accept any return of medications or medical accessories.
